About Jeanne White Eagle

Jeanne White Eagle is an educator and futurist with a background as an accomplished composer and professional classical singer. She is co-author of two books, a founding member of the international musical “Up With People,” is an ordained minister, and has worked in the international business arena where she was awarded the prestigious Willis Harman Award by the World Business Academy. She is the founder of Up on the Mountain, an organization for teens at risk.

In January of 1996, Jeanne was blessed with the name of “Jeanne White Eagle” by a highly respected and well known Native American Elder and Medicine Man, Joseph Rael, also known as Beautiful Painted Arrow. Soon after, she, with her husband John Pehrson, began her global work with the Peace/Sound Chambers seen in a vision given to Beautiful Painted Arrow…the Chambers being sacred structures in which people may sing for World Peace.

In this same year of 1996 Jeanne, herself received a vision of a ceremonial singing dance known as the “For the One” Dance. This vision gestated for seven years until the first one occurred in 2003. Since that time, this dance has been identified by rabbis of Israel and Sangomas of South Africa as the fulfilling of ancient prophecies…those telling of a singing dance that would unite the peoples of the world…a dance where “the people would come together and sing as one.” This dance is now taken around the world bringing people of all nationalities, religions, and political views together, making it possible for deep conflicts to heal. The “For the One” Dance is offered to both adults and children. Its message is “the time of separation is over.

In 2006, the new “For the One” Organization was birthed, a volunteer organization whose purpose is to raise funds to support those efforts of the dance, particularly the youth dances, in countries around the world.

Jeanne’s sacred work, in conjunction with her husband John, now includes workshops and Peace Concerts that are being performed worldwide.

Day of Song
October 11, 11:00AM local time

Here is hoping that you've received your invitation to CREATE a SPONTANEOUS SONG to sing on the "Day of the Song" on October 11th, at 11:00AM (your time). I'm asking that you be willing to create a brand new song... a song without words, without thought, only with the intention of Love. This is based on a dream I had more than a year ago where I was given a date. No plot. Nothing more than a date: October 12th. Now, I don't know what is going to happen on that date. I'm trusting it will be something wonderful. Behind the October 12th date, barely visible was October 11th. It is only recently that it has become clear that what I was being asked to do was invite the world to sing, to create a SPONTANEOUS song on the 11th. This song is to raise and shift the vibration of our beloved planet and all life here. With no other information than what I was given, this song seems to be in preparation for the 12th and whatever is to take place or will be set into motion at that time.

For those who are not familiar with Spontaneous Singing as I'm asking you to do it on October 11th, I've decided to do, on YouTube.com, some short 5-minute sharings about "Spontaneous Singing: What is it? Why now??" I encourage you to take a look at these. In addition there will ongoing announcements on the "DAY of the SONG" to take place October 11th.

Start marking you calendars. Spread the word. Sing a new song on October 11th, 11:00AM local time. Your voice will make the difference. It's time.

The Ark

In the winter of 2010 I awoke from a dream and heard the words "You are to build an Ark." I remember feeling a little shocked and puzzled. And then I thought of the movie called "Noah's Ark," a comedy in which a modern day businessman was told "by God" to build an Ark, an actual physical Ark. Luckily I didn't get it that I was to rush out and buy loads of wood, nails, etc. and to start hammering away on a structure whose passengers were to be pairs of exotic animals and human beings willing to go on such a ride. Instead, what I saw was a different kind of Ark, a phenomenon that was born a little over a year ago.

What was to have been an advanced training experience for those who have participated in the ceremonial singing dance called the "For the One" Dance, turned into something that was no less than a miracle, leaving those of us who came together in awe of what we know now is possible for an entire world. A group of some thirty individuals from different countries came together and created a safe, authentic and loving haven within which to ride out the transformations that are now here. There in front of me was the dream I had been given. This was the Ark.

The times we're living in now are those that the Mayan and Hopi prophesies speak of, as well as legends and prophesies from many different cultures. Mayan Elders have told us that we are in the times where even the most unaware will become aware that something out of the "ordinary" is taking place.

And so, what often happens when change occurs, particularly at the depth we now find ourselves? Many people become fearful, rash, chaotic. And unfortunately, common byproducts of this kind of fear are violence, confusion, and spiraling chaos.

So why an Ark?? In this case, it is to provide a metaphoric and energetic vehicle within which we can safely place ourselves as we move through the Transformation that has been prophesied for centuries and that now is here.

The next two years are crucial. How each individual lives his or her life can literally determine the direction in which the world will move. Sound crazy? Maybe. Maybe not. Is it possible that many of us that are here now made some kind of an agreement eons ago to be here in this specific place and time? And is it possible that we agreed to be here to help love the mass consciousness through the extraordinary birth that is unfolding?

If you think this is at all possible, then where do we begin?? How do we begin?? Maybe we begin with each other, caring for and being kind to each other, being honest with each other and in integrity with ourselves, and always in a loving way, even when anger and differences emerge. It is finding out what might be possible for a world that presently seems to be spinning out of control.

You don't have to be with us physically to be part of this Ark, though we have committed to create spaces around the world so that Ark Pods can manifest if there are people who wish this to happen. *** NOTE: In another couple of years, most likely this amazing Ark will have served its purpose and can cease to exist, at least in this form. For now, it is a place to realize you're not alone as you go through your own personal changes and as more global changes begin to happen around you.

Something extraordinary is taking place on this planet. Things are shifting. This Ark? It is not exclusive. It is for anyone wants to be a part.

And until we have our next Gathering of the Ark, SING. Create a song each day, no words, no thinking. Simply let the sounds being born inside of you come and in that vibration we will find each other and together we will hold our world in loving hearts as this global transformation unfolds.
